I have also experienced delays or no periods. How I cure my periods, Here's my experience. 


After several months of medical treatment, my periods were regular. However, when I stop taking drugs, they remain the same. I'm tired of this erratic cycle. Also, I get mood swings and anxiety.

 Then I determined to modify my lifestyle. First, I sleep early, about 10 p.m. Before 1 hour, I had not used my phone or laptop. 7 to 8 hours of sleep is essential for balancing your hormones And every morning, I practice exercises that benefit my pelvic muscles. 


After I drink Cinnamon water and eat papaya every day for breakfast. Then I cook my meals at home.I stopped eating junk food, street meals, and processed foods, as well as sugary and cold drinks. I drink lots of water And I incorporate walnuts and omega-3 fatty acid, flaxseeds and fruits into my everyday diet. If I have a craving for snacks, I consume yogurt and some dry fruits and nuts.

 



Most importantly, I've realized that I don't have enough time for myself. So I do simple things every day that make me happy and distressed, like as going to the park every evening.I also planned to take a vacation where I wouldn't be stressed. Whatever feels nice to me, I do it every day in today's busy lifestyle,I had lost myself, so I resolved to devote as much time as possible to myself.


I also meditate for 10 minutes each day. Believe me, meditation has transformed my life. It also helps with my mood swings and anxiety. Thats all everything that assists me for my irregular periods to regular periods, as well as no pain, less mood swings, or less period cramps. I hope this also helps you.
