How I cure my periods, Here's my experience.  After several months of medical treatment, my periods were regular. However, when I stop taking drugs, they remain the same. I'm tired of this erratic cycle. Also, I get mood swings and anxiety.  Then I determined to modify my lifestyle. First, I sleep early, about 10 p.m. Before 1 hour, I had not used my phone or laptop. 7 to 8 hours of sleep is essential for balancing your hormones And every morning, I practice exercises that benefit my pelvic muscles.  After I drink Cinnamon water and eat papaya every day for breakfast. Then I cook my meals at home.I stopped eating junk food, street meals, and processed foods, as well as sugary and cold drinks.
